Does The Film Obscure My View?
No, and in some cases it can actually enhance it. When we talk about reducing the amount of light coming into your home, we are referring to visible light not the opaqueness. This allows us to take the edge off of the light coming into your home but it does not reduce clarity. Even when you choose a darker tint, your windows retain the same clarity you had before, just with less glare. In addition, Llumar and Vista Solar Films uses a CDF (Clear Distortion Free) adhesive, this allows very little to no distortion in the film and your view to remain as spectacular as it was before.
Are you Accredited?
Absolutely. We are certified through the IWFA(International Window Film Association), assuring that when we meet for your FREE in home consultation you will receive the most knowledgable and qualified advice and installation of your window film.
Will The Film Break My Glass?
No. When we visit you for your FREE In Home Consultation we will test your glass to ensure that the film we recommend is safe for your specific windows.
Am I Covered By Warranty?
Yes. 100%. At ClearView Window Films we bring you one of the best warranties in the industry. Both Llumar and VISTA Solar Control Films come with a Lifetime Warranty and when I say lifetime, I mean Lifetime.
How Long Does The Installation Take?
This depends on the amount of Llumar/VISTA Window Film being installed. However, home installations often take between 1-2 hours. Larger jobs such as commercial or large amounts of windows can take anywhere from 3-6 hours.
What is a Spectrally Selective Film?
Great Question! Perhaps you want to reduce the amount of heat coming into your home but still want to keep all the light you had before. Our Spectrally Selective Solar Films block out the InfraRed light (the light we cannot see but we can feel) while allowing the visible light to pass through.
